I am a passionate recruiter and I pride myself on my consultative approach. I found my niche recruiting for the children’s residential sector many years ago and have not looked back! It is very rewarding for me to be recruiting in a sector that is close to my heart as my father was orphaned when young and he grew up in a children’s home. He mentions it was a positive experience and if he hadn’t had the care and encouragement he received, he wouldn’t have gone to medical school and become a doctor.

I live and breathe recruitment and thrive on the long term relationships I build with candidates and clients. I also enjoy the challenges the children’s residential sector brings with sourcing managers in a fiercely competitive market!

When I am not recruiting, I am outdoors as much as possible spending time with my two energetic and fun cocker spaniels Buddy and Leo. Prior to my recruitment career, I used to work in the horse racing industry, so I feel very lucky now to have two ex-racehorses Monty and Eileen. I love retraining them into their new careers and aiming them to compete at horse trial competitions which is a great passion of mine.
